Our Packages

Whatever it is you are looking to see or do, we can offer our customers a more intimate, bespoke charter service completely tailored to your specifications.

We operate from the incredibly beautiful Helford River, four miles south of Falmouth, or from Falmouth itself. We offer the two different pick up and drop off locations to make your day out with us that little easier to organise.

The Helford River is an official area of outstanding natural beauty and offers parking for our customers at the Ferryboat Inn car park for £2/day. Overflow parking is available on the road approaching the pub. Falmouth Town offers various all day parking a short walk from the town quays where we can welcome you aboard.

You will be spending your time with us aboard our newly built Orkney Pilothouse 20... 'TIDOS'

She was custom built in 2023 by the prestigious and longstanding Orkney boats, offering the very latest technology, safety, comfort and a real touch of class to proceedings.

Our licence allows us to take small groups of 2 or 3 people exploring the coastline within a 20 mile radius of Falmouth and the Helford River. This would allow us to take you as far north as Fowey and enable us to explore the entire Lizard Peninsula to the south. All trips are weather and condition dependent for your safety.

Where we differ from the rest is our smaller and more nimble vessel allows us to get you into the more intimate bays and coves for a closer look!

All safety equipment is provided, we have running water, cooking/barbecue facilities and a chemical toilet on board.

Your skipper is Adam Redfern. Adam has10 years boat handling experience and 35 years fishing experience. He is a former marine engineer and deckhand for a local marine contracting company.

Should you book our bespoke Angling trip you will meet first mate Neil Clark, aka, Neil the fish. Neil has been fishing for 50 years and has around 30 years experience working in and around the commercial fishing industry both here and in Europe. Neil's knowledge of the local fishing grounds was our main reason for inviting him to come and work for us at Rock Island Charters and we are lucky to have him on board.
